Delivery and return

Terms of delivery

Your package is sent by Espaciel. It contains :

1 Light Reflector
1 universal balustrade fixing kit
1 installation guide

Delivery Time :

Your package will be sent no later than two weeks after your order has been confirmed.

Carrier and service used :
Chronopost, Mondial Relay, or Colissimo depending on the destination country. You receive an online tracking code when your parcel leaves our workshop.

Conditions of returns :
We send you a prepaid return label. As soon as we receive your complete product (undamaged, Reflector + fixing + instructions), we will refund the total amount, less the return costs (20 € / product).
