Context of the situation
The lack of natural light is felt in Jerome’s home, he owns an apartment on the second floor of a narrow street in the Barrio Gotico of Barcelona.
The dark living room is lit by two large French windows that open onto the balcony. It’s a very pleasant and friendly space for Jerome and his partner, who really enjoy their home and the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. However, the light is dimmed by the narrowness of the street and the living room remains dark all day long.
Jerome would like to be able to light his dark living room more intensely without turning on the light. He would be delighted to catch the sun rays that penetrate the street in the evening at the time of the tapas.
