These are objectives that the company commits to hold in order to enter in a sustainable development approach for example. Thus, Espaciel’s CSR mission is based on several points such as local production, professional integration or the fight against waste in order to become eco-responsible. Espaciel favors the choice of French industrial partners and is committed to the local economy by working with local companies.
On the one hand, this choice allows us to reduce transportation between each stage of production. On the other hand, it also allows us to promote human contact, with nearly a quarter of our industrial partners located less than 30km from our offices, in cities such as Bailleul, Hallennes-Les-Haubourdin or Lys-Les-Lannoy. Espaciel reflectors are therefore products made in France, with a demanding production guaranteeing the quality of our products in addition to the involvement in the local economy.
Espaciel also tries to develop a social and ethical economy, by working for example with companies such as the C.A.T. Lamartine in Hallennes-Lez-Haubourdin which aims at the social and professional integration of disabled adults. By working in a short circuit and developing innovative techniques adapted to their skills, Espaciel allows the development of the skills of disabled workers and promotes the social and solidarity economy.
In the same way, Espaciel works in partnership with Ensovo in Lys-Les-Lannoy, which fights against exclusion by developing a social and committed approach to professional integration. Ensovo’s action takes concrete form with the employment of people in precarious situations who cannot envisage working in an ordinary environment.
